Organizational
Structure
Our
organization structure is composed of the following:

A three-member (3)
Corporate Board of Directors. (President, Secretary and
Treasurer.)

| 2. |
|
A Project Manager
(a.k.a. Main Street Manager.)
. |
| 3. |
|
A Steering Committee
composed of 15-20 members. (These members operate in a similar
capacity as a common Board of Directors.)

| 4. |
|
Four (4) Teams of varying
sizes headed by a Team Coordinator who must also serve on the
Steering Committee. (Design, Economic Restructuring, Promotion and
Organization/Fund-raising.)

| 5. |
|
A Board of Advisors
comprised of any number of professionals or expertise in their
field who agree to assist the Steering Committees and Teams. |
